Nicole from "The Keeles" nominated me for this "Liebster" award back in June...I think...and it has been in my drafts ever since! I figured since I am leaving in about 2 weeks for 18 months I should probably complete it now! Nicole used to work with me at UVU, and if I would have known her love for Disney back then I think we would have been ever better friends! 1. Give me a play-by-play of your dream vacation.
It may sound simple but my dream vacation right now would be to spend a week in Southern California, aka Disneyland. I would stay at the Grand California Hotel in Disneyland and thus be able to just walk out of my hotel into the park. I would spend 1 day enjoying the beach and the rest just playing in the parks. Watching fireworks, riding rides, eating delicious food, and just enjoying the Happiest Place on Earth! I had a dream my roommates surprised me with a trip to Disneyland last night, and it was the best dream I've had in a long time!
2. What are some of your guilty pleasures?
My guilty pleasures are Disney Movies and Desserts. I love ALL desserts but Cheesecake Especially. Have you tried the Cheesecake Factory's S'mores cheesecake? If not you should! It is life changing!

3. What's your favorite beauty product that I should try out?
Beauty Product...I don't really use man...so this is hard...but I would say Bath and Body works mini lotions! :) Perfect size to throw in your purse and they have so many amazing smells!!

4. Any fun summer plans?
Well summer is almost over now, but it's been an amazing one! Lots of hiking, hanging with friends, campfires, snow cones, and lots of fun! Oh and I'm heading to Finalnd in 2 weeks on a mission! That will be a fantastic adventure!

5. What are your favorite board or card games?
I LOVE LOVE LOVE games! My favorites are Ticket to Ride, Monopoly (original), Phase 10, Uno, Spoons, Killer Bunnies, BS, and Skip Bo. Basically I love any game anyone is willing to play with me! :)
6. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a day care worker when I was a child. I just loved being around babies and couldn't think of anything more fun than taking care of kids all day!

8. What's one thing you look forward to on a weekly basis?
I honestly always look forward to Sunday! I love the relaxing day and getting to take a nap.
9. Talk about your favorite vacation spot and some of the things you have to do if I were to go.
My favorite vacation spot is Disneyland. When I go I HAVE to eat clam chowder in a bread bowl, ride Indiana Jones and Space Mountain multiple times, get a Dole Whip, and take pictures with some characters! :)
10. What are some secret skills that not many people know you have?
I am not a very good secret keeper so most people know my skills! :) I guess a secret one might be that I love to design things on computers, and I also love making slide shows and videos! I'm not very good, but I love to do it! Especially when I am making one for a family member who I know will love it!
11. Share one of your favorite recipes that you repeatedly make.
Crab Wontons
1 Package WonTon Wrappers
3-5 Green Onions
1 Package Crab Shredded (Fresh or Imitation)
1 8oz Cream Cheese
Salt & Pepper
Oil
Combine all ingredients and place in WonTon wrappers. Seal with water and then fry in oil. Enjoy with Thai Sweet Red Chili Sauce! DELICIOUS! :D

1. I love free things! Especially Books! :)
2. I grew up with Harry Potter and still love the books! I felt like Hermione was just like me!
3. I dream of one day working for Disneyland.
4. I LOVE to listen to people talk! Especially my roommates!
5. My favorite time of day is the morning before anyone wakes up when the house is still peaceful from the night, before the crazy day begins.

that's totally my dream vacation too! i want to stay at the grand californian hotel, spend most days in disneyland, some reading on the beach, and some at the spa inside the hotel/the pool. and i want to eat at the blue bayou resaurant, as well as a few other places i have yet to try out. i want to try the bread bowl with soup next time i go!
Nichole! You've never eaten at Blue Bayou?! You need to!! It's so delicious and so fun to sit inside! :) The Monte Cristo Sandwich is to die for and the Mint Julep is so refreshing! :D
