Life can get a little crazy sometimes, but I wouldn't have it any other way!

Thanksgiving!!

Well just got back from Thanksgiving break, quite a downer coming home from the absolutely beautiful state of Oregon. Coming back to Utah. Don't get me wrong the mountains are beautiful here, but I love the green colors in Oregon. It always surprises me how brown in is here when I come back. Thanksgiving was amazing!! I got to miss two days of school and we spent the entire week up in Oregon. The first couple days we spent time at the families house in Tigard, Oregon. Unfortunately I got the flu the first night and spend almost all of Monday trying to recover. Luckily by Tuesday I felt okay enough to resume the activities. Chris and Cam, my twin cousins, had a dance rehearsal on night while we were there before we went to the Mountain House, and we were lucky enough to be able to go watch. It was so hard walking in again because the last time we went we were there to see Mallory dance. It is still hard to believe that she is gone. The boys did awesome though and I so wish that we could have seen one of their actual performances once. Wednesday we headed up to their Mountain House, and man was it a spectacular place! We got there pretty late at night, but it was still so fun to be able to see the house that they had talked about so many times. We had a blast while we were there just being together. We didn't really do anything to noteworthy, just hung out and made memories. Chaconne, Darren and Missy, Parsons and My family were the only ones there, but it was still a blast! My Uncle John's birthday just happened to occur while we were there, and us 4 older kids decided to make it special :) We went down to the little store and bought a bunch of random decoration items. Their selection wasn't great, but we were able to find candles, balloons and ribbon. We hung a bunch of balloons from the balcony and stuck a bunch of them on the walls and also made him a brownie cake.:) We put 44 in candles and whipped cream and that was his cake:) It was way fun to be able to do that for him, and I sure hope he liked it. We played some extremely fun games as cousins and made some extremely loud noises while playing extreme spoons! If you haven't tried this game before I highly recommend it. :) We also played Dark, a game we kinda made up, and had a blast playing it. No one wanted to go to bed the night before we left, but we all fell asleep, and then we left EXTREMELY early Sunday morning, and we are now home. It is sure sad coming home, but the memories we made will last forever! We sure love spending time with our family in Oregon, and wish that we all lived closer. Two of our loved ones get to watch over us from Heaven together, and we can't wait til we will all be together forever again.
